You expressly acknowledge that Hippo Shield does not guarantee the removal of any review. Review removal is determined entirely by Google in accordance with their content policies. Our service is limited to documentation preparation and case management.
You agree to use our services only for genuine disputes against reviews you believe violate Google's actual policies. You may not use our service to dispute truthful reviews, harass reviewers, or engage in any deceptive practices.
Payment covers case preparation and management services. Fees are charged at the time of service engagement. Refunds are available only if we fail to initiate your case within the specified timeframe.
Hippo Shield operates in full compliance with Google's Terms of Service and content policies. We do not use automated tools, scraping, or any methods that violate platform rules. All dispute submissions go through Google's official channels.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or business losses resulting from review outcomes.
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
